TriStarEmb will generate and send an invoice to a customer only when the order has been completed and delivered Orders will be billed as per the quoted price (or as mentioned on the website). Special pricing or promotions ‘may’ be given for high volume orders. We accept Master Card, Visa Card, American Express and other procedures in payment method section.

TriStarEmb may authorize your credit card for $1 for validation purposes on the customer’s first purchase The authorization is not a charge invoiced by Tristaremb and will be removed from your bill statement within one billing cycle. Periodically Tristaremb may or may not resubmit your card for the $1 authorization to validate that the credit card is still valid. Like stated previously, the $1 authorization will be removed from your statement within one billing cycle.

Periodically, TriStarEmb may provide the customer with certain forms, templates, models and support guides to help you with marketing selling and ordering our services or in turn support their customers. Tristaremb retains all the rights of ownership of these tools (in both their original and any modified format). The use of these tools is granted to you by Tristaremb in a non-exclusive, non-transferable license. The customer should not use these tools in any way associated with products or services sold to the customers or in turn their customers by any other outsourced graphic design or advertising and marketing production service. The customer agrees to return all licensed tools upon termination of this agreement.

TriStarEmb will strive to provide fast and accurate deliveries of the order to the customers. However, the final responsibility shall lie with the customer/buyer and Tristaremb shall not be held responsible for any such problem, damage or resulting issue arising out of delay and inaccuracy.

All orders, quote and vectors placed with us shall be delivered by electronic mail (Email) or uploaded on the TriStarEmb website. If physical delivery is requested by the customer, air or ground courier services shall be used (the charges for which will be added to the customer’s bill) Some of their terms and conditions include the following.

TriStarEmb charge 2$ per 1000 stitches over 10000 stitches with a minimum price 15$ and maximum price 100$. Even it offer discounts for certain bulk orders. Its vector art price ranges from 15$ to 75$ that too based on the type and level of art.

A customer can cancel his/her order within 12 hours of the actual time of order placement. Once 12 hours pass by, the order can’t be cancelled.

The Company will be responsible to send the final price draft once the order has been delivered. All the orders will be billed according to the quoted prices and if not then as per the price fixed by the sales manager after negotiation before the order was placed.

TriStarEmb is concerned about its customers and for the purpose it has kept the days to be 7 for refunding if the customer is not happy with the delivered item.

The orders requested physically will be delivered through a courier be it ground or air. If physical delivery is not required then you can get your order via e-mail or at the website TriStarEmb takes special care of the personal information that you have provided and promises to keep it confidential. Also, it doesn’t ask for any extra information other than your name, your company’s name, phone number, e-mail and billing address, etc and that too at the time of registration. Also, their website has specifically designed special tools which keep special care of your information. Tristaremb does only require your personal information inorder to stay in touch with you and the location of the courier that is on its way to you. Also, it doesn’t provide any extra information or give a complete access of your personal details to the agent associated with it. Once, an information is stored it becomes their responsibility to keep it safe and highly confidential.
